[ Proclamation No. 575, June 30, 1969 ]

DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July l, 1969, marks the second anniversary of the charter of Davao Oriental; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the province should be afforded an opportunity to fittingly celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies ;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 1969, as a special public holiday in Davao Oriental.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
