DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 24, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF MANILA

WHEREAS, the 398th anniversary foundation of the City of Manila falls on June 24, 1969; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting, that the people of Manila be given ample opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 24, 1969, as a special public holiday in the City of. Manila.1aшphi1
