Thence, following a ridge in a northeasterly and westerly direction about 24,750 meters to Corner 5, a point on top of ridge;
Thence, following a ridge in a general northeasterly direction about 12,000 meters to Corner 6, a point on peak with elevation of about 1,470 meters;
Thence, following a ridge in a general southeasterly direction about 15,000 meters to Corner 7, a point on peak with elevation of about 1,360 meters;
Thence, following a ridge in a general southeasterly direction about 11,000 meters to corner 8, a point on peak with elevation of about 1,233 meters;
Thence, following a ridge in a general southeasterly and southerly direction about 8,750 meters to Corner 9, a point on peak with elevation of about 1,650 meters;
Thence, following a ridge in a general southerly and southeasterly direction about 9,350 meters to Corner 10, a point on top of ridge;
Thence, following a ridge in a general southeasterly direction about 7,500 meters to Corner 11, a point on top of a ridge;

Improvement and development of pertinent portions of the watershed shall be undertaken in specific or cooperative projects by the Bureau of Forestry, with the cooperation of the Reforestation Administration, National Waterworks and Sewerage Authority, National Irrigation Administration, Bureau of Public Works, National Power Corporation and Bureau of Soils. The services of the Bureau of Animal Industry, Bureau of Plant Industry, Agricultural Productivity Commission, Fisheries Commission, Land Reform Commission, Parks and Wildlife Office, Presidential Action on Community Development, Commission on National Integration, National Planning Commission and other agencies may be called upon whenever necessary.1aшphi1
