DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 29, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO.

WHEREAS, Friday, August 29, 1969, marks the 10th anniversary of the charter of Cotabato City; and

WHEREAS, the people of that city should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, August 29, 1969, as a special public holiday in the City of Cotabato.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
