MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 555, May 5, 1969 ] ESTABLISHING FOR TOWNSITE EXPANSION A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF EL SALVADOR PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines do hereby withdraw from entry, sale settlement or other disposition and establish and proclaim as Civil Reservation subject to private right if any there be, the parcel of land of the public domain located in the municipality of El Salvador, province of Misamis Oriental, Island of Mindanao and described in B.F. Map No. C.R.-73, containing an approximate area of nineteen (19) hectares, for townsite expansion of El Salvador, Misamis Oriental. The disposition of forest products therein shall be under the control of the Director of Forestry in accordance with Forestry rules and regulations.
