RESERVING FOR SETTLEMENT PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION AND DISPOSITION OF THE LAND AUTHORITY A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE PROPOSED TOWNSITE OF BANINGO AND THE TOWN OF SURALLAH, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, PHILIPPINES.

Upon the recommendation of the Governor of the Land Authority after previous consultations with the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of Republic Act No. 3844, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for settlement or disposition under the administration and control of the Land Authority and subject to existing rights, if any there be, and the future classification and survey, and to the condition that timber and other forest products therein as well as the use and occupancy of the area indicated as timberland or forest reserve, shall remain under the administration and control of the Bureau of Forestry in accordance with the Forest Laws and Regulations, a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the proposed townsite of Baningo and the town of Surallah, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, Philippines, more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land situated. in the proposed Townsite of Baningo andl the Town of Surallah, all of the Province of Cotabato. Bounded on the North by public land and timber land; on the East by timber land; on the South by timber land and on the West public land and timberland. Beginning at a point marked “1” on attached sketch being N-69-00W, 25,500 meters from mount Buga;

thence N 81-00W 13,000.00 meters to point 2;

thence due North 15,000,00 meters to point 3;

thence N 60-00W 8,700.00 meters, to point. 4;

thence N 7-30W 11,500.00 meters to point 5;

thence N 58-30E 6,500.00 meters to point 6;

thence N 76-00E 5,500.00 meters to point 7;

thence S 59-00E 13,500.00 meters to point 8;

thence due South 9,500.00 meters to point 9;

thence S 60-00W 5,500.00 meters to point 10;

thence due South 10,000.00 meters to point 11;

thence S 600-00E 5,500.00 meters to point 12;

thence S 00-49W 5,700.00 meters to the point of beginning containing an approximate area of FIFTY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN (52,237) HECTARES.1aшphi1

All data are approximate and subject to change to conform with the final survey as verified by the Director of Lands.
