RESERVING FOR SETTLEMENT PURPOSES OF THE NON-CHRISTIAN TRIBES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ESPERANZA, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERNDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from sale, lease and other disposition and reserve exclusively for settlement purposes of the Non-Christian tribes under the administration and control of the Commission on National Integration, subject to private rights, if. any there be, and to future classification, survey and provisions of Executive Order No. 113, series of 1955, as well as to the condition that cutting, removal and utilization of timber and other forest products therein shall be subject to forest and internal revenue laws and regulations, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Esperanza, province of, Agusan, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:
PROPOSED ESPERANZA MANOBO RESERVATION
A PARCEL OF LAND (the PROPOSED ESPERANZA MANOBO RESERVATION), situated between the Barrios of Sahig and Tag-balili, Municipality of Esperanza, Province of Agusan. Bounded on the North, by Block V. Proj. ,19-E. Alienable and Disposable; and on the West, by Timberland. Beginning at a point on the right bank of Busilao River, which is identical to Corner 276 of Timberland;
thence on a general northeasterly direction to Corner 279 thru Corner 293 of Timberland;
thence S. 19 deg. SO min. E., 7,000 meters to Corner 246 of Timberland at Mancologo Creek;
thence on a general southwesterly direction thru Corner 254 of Timberland;
thence oh a northwesterly direction thru Corner 257 of Timberland at Damaganos Creek;
thence N. 23 deg. 30 min. W., 6,400 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of Two Thousand (2,000) Hectares. (All Data are approximate and subject to change based on future surveys).1aшphi1
