RESERVING FOR PROVINCIAL CAPITOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BORONGAN, PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR, ISLAND OF SAMAR.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for provincial capitol site purposes under the administration of the Provincial Governor of Eastern Samar, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future subdivision survey in accordance with the development plan to be prepared and approved by the National Planning Commission, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Borongan, province of Eastern Samar, Island of Samar, more particularly described as follows:
