[ Proclamation No. 539, March 24, 1969 ]

EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND DRIVE OF THE CIVIC ASSEMBLY OF WOMEN OF THE PHILIPPINES.

WHEREAS, the Civic Assembly of Women of the Philippines has been authorized under Proclamation No. 491 dated December 2, 1968, to conduct a national educational and fund drive from January 31 to March 15, 1969; and

WHEREAS, said organization needs additional time for the conduct of its drive to enable it to effectively realize its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested upon me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund drive of the Civic Assembly of Women of the Philippines from March 15 to May 15, 1969.
