RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SAN JOSE PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, INCLUDING THE GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS EXISTING THEREON, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the San Jose Public High School under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the Bureau of Lands shall continue to occupy the government buildings existing thereon until another building shall have been constructed on a new site earmarked and to be reserved for the use of said Bureau, a parcel of land of the public domain, including the aforesaid buildings existing thereon, situated in the municipality of San Jose, province of Occidental Mindoro, island of Mindoro, which is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot 2 of plan Swo-24201), situated in the Barrio of Pandurucan, Municipality of San Jose, Province of Mindoro. Bounded on the SE., SW., NW. and NE., by Proposed Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 73 deg. 52 min. W., 113.79 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp. of San Jose, Mindoro,

thence S 49 deg. 30 min. W.,	55.98 meters to point 2;
thence N. 85 deg. 01 min W.,	2.88 meters to point 3;
thence N. 41 deg. 53 min W.,	108.22 meters to point 4;
thence N. 49 deg. 19 min E.,	29.95 meters to point 5;
