[ Proclamation No. 535, March 11, 1969 ]

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 476 DATED JANUARY 16, 1958, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MINDANAO AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE (NOW CENTRAL MINDANAO UNIVERSITY) RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARAMAG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 476 dated January 16, 1958, which established the Mindanao Agricultural College (now Central Mindanao University) Reservation situated in the municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon, Island of Mindanao, a portion of the land embraced therein, and reserve the same for landing Aeronautics Administration, which portion is more particularly described as follows:
