RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF DAVAO, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN TORIL TOWNSITE RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of General Services and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (a) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation with Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes of the City of Davao, subject to private rights, if there be any, a certain parcel of land of the government situated at District of Toril, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, which land is more particularly described as follows:
