RESERVING FOR LOW-COST HOUSING PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF TALISAY AND MINGLANILLA, PROVINCE OF CEBU.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code and Section 21 of Act 1120, as amended, otherwise known as the Friar Land Act, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for low-cost housing purposes under the administration of the General Manager of the People’s Homesite and Housing Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the aforesaid Agency shall pay to the friar land sinking fund the fully value of the properties so reserved and the accrued interest thereon, certain parcels of land of the private domain situated in the municipalities of Talisay and Minglanilla, province of Cebu, island of Cebu, which are more particularly described as follows:
