DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN ZAMBOANGA CITY.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 26, 1969, marks the thirty-second anniversary of the charter of Zamboanga City; and

WHEREAS, the people of that city should be given full opportunity to celebrate the milestone in their City’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 26, 1969, as a special public holiday in Zamboanga City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
