EXTENDING THE SAVINGS AND THRIFT YEAR CAMPAIGN TO DECEMBER 31, 1969.

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 354 dated February 22, 1968, the period from March 1968 to Match 1969 has been declared as Savings and Thrift Year; and

WHEREAS, for reasons of public interest there is need to extend the savings and thrift year campaign;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the savings and thrift year campaign to December 31, 1969.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
