DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BAGO CITY.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 19, 1969, marks the foundation anniversary of Bago City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Bago City should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 19, 1969, as a special public holiday in Bago City;
