MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 518, February 11, 1969 ] ESTABLISHING AS CAGAYAN VALLEY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY FOREST LABORATORY RESERVATION, A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CABAGAN AND TUMAUINI PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or other disposition and establish and proclaim as CIVIL RESERVATION subject to private rights, if any there be, the parcel of land of the public domain to be known as CAGAYAN VALLEY INSTITUE OF TECHNOLOGY FOREST LABORATORY RESERVATION, located at the Municipalities of Cabagan and Tumauini, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon and described in B.F. Map No. C.R.-76, containing an approximate area of One Thousand One Hundred (1,100) hectares, for educational and experimental forest laboratory purposes, and placing the same under the administration and control of the Cagayan Valley Institute of Technology. The disposition of forest products therein shall be under the control of the Director of Forestry in accordance with Forestry laws and regulations.
