DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 28, 1969, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE AND IN THE CITIES OF CAVITE, TAGAYTAY AND TRECE MARTICES.

In commemoration of the 108th birthday anniversary of Julian Felipe, composer of the Philippine National Anthem, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Tuesday, January 28, 1969, as a special public holiday in the Province of Cavite and in the Cities of Cavite, Tagaytay and Trece Martires.
