DECLARING JANUARY 18, TO 25, 1969 AS SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIES WEEK.

WHEREAS, small scale industries have been contributing in a certain degree to the economic development of our country; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on its importance;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from January 18 to 25, 1969, as Small Scale Industries Week.
