RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF TAGBILARAN.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the private domain of the Government situated in the City of Tagbilaran, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 6342-A, being a portion of Lot 6342 of the cadastral survey of Tagbilaran), situated in the Barrios of Dao and/or Cogon, Municipality of Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol.
Bounded on the E., along line 1-2, by Provincial Road; on the S., along line 2-3, by Lot 6342-B; on the NW., along line 3-4, by Lot 6331, along line 4-5, by Lot 6329 and along line 5-6, by Lot 6338; on the NE., along line 6-7, by Lot 6338; along 7-8, by Lot 6340 and along line 8-9, by Lot 1743, all of Tagbilaran Cad.; and on the E., along lines 9-10-1, by Provincial Road.
