RESERVING FOR TOWNSITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for townsite purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future subdivision survey in accordance with the development plan to be prepared and approved by the National Planning Commission and to disposition under the provisions of Chapter XI of the Public Land Act, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Carmen, province of Davao del Norte, which is more particularly described as follows:
