DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 18, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE AND CITY OF ILOILO.

WHEREAS, the people of the province and city of Iloilo should be given full opportunity to celebrate the birthday anniversary of Graciano Lopez Jaena, one of our outstanding patriots;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 18, 1968, as a special public holiday in the province and city of Iloilio.
