UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1969. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, hereby orders that the designated period from August 15 to November 15 under Proclamation No. 428 dated July 10, 1968 for the 1968 National Membership and Educational Campaign of the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc., be extended up to December 31, 1968.
