[ Proclamation No. 488, November 19, 1968 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN.

WHEREAS, Monday, December 2, 1968, marks the death anniversary of General Gregorio H. del Pilar, the hero of Tirad Pass; and

WHEREAS, the people of his province should be afforded the opportunity to pay fitting homage to the hero;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, December 2, 1968, as a special public holiday in the province of Bulacan.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
