TRANSFERRING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF PUERICULTURE CENTERS (NLPC) TO THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 15 TO DECEMBER 31, 1968.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 394 dated May 10, 1968, which authorized the National League of Puericulture Centers to conduct a national educational and fund campaign from May 16 to June 15, 1968, by postponing said campaign to the period covering from November 15 to December 31, 1968.
