DECLARING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN DAPITAN CITY.

WHEREAS, November 12, 1968, marks the fifth anniversary of the organization of the City of Dapitan; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Dapitan City should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, November 12, 1968, as a special public holiday in the City of Dapitan.
