EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 42, DATED JULY 5, 1954, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE QUEZON MEMORIAL PARK, SITUATED AT DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY, CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of General Services, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 42, dated July 5, 1954, which established the Quezon Memorial Park, situated at Diliman, Quezon City, certain parcels of land embraced therein and reserve the same for National Government Center site purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, under the administration of the Secretary of General Services, and more particularly described as follows:
