RESERVING FOR NATIONAL PARK PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN OLONGAPO CITY.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for national park purposes under the administration of the Director of Parks and Wildlife, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Olongapo City, and more particularly described as follows:

covering the Naval Base Perimeter in
Olongapo City
A PARCEL OF LAND (the proposed NATIONAL PARK RESERVATION, covering the Naval Base Perimeter), situated in Olongapo City.
Bounded on the NE., and N., by Gordon Street, Perimeter Road, Lot 21, Olongapo Ts-308 (Magsaysay Park-Now-Proposed Friendship Park) and Lots of Olongapo Townsite Subdivision Project No. Ts-308, Case No. 3; on the E., by Lot of Olongapo Townsite Subdivision Project No. Ts-308, Case 3, Bonifacio Street and Subic U.S. Naval Base: on the S. and SW., by Subic U.S. Naval Base: and on the W., by Kalaklan River.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached Sketch Plan, being S. 13 deg. 20' W., 926.39 m. from B.L.L.M. 1, Olongapo City.
