[ Proclamation No. 472, October 1, 1968 ]

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 623, DATED SEPTEMBER 26, 1940, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GENERAL HOSPITAL SITES RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE TOWNSITE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER XI OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 623, dated September 25, 1940, which established the General Hospital Site Reservation situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the townsite provisions of Chapter XI of the Public Land Act, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

Proposed AMENDMENT of the
Baguio General Hospital Reservation

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot I, the proposed amendment of the Baguio General Hospital Reservation), situated in the City of Baguio. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2, by Pabustan’s Lot; on the N., along line 2-3, by San Vicente Elementary School (Lot III); and on the NE., along lines 3-4-1, by remaining Portion of Baguio General Hospital Reservation. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached Sketch Plan, being N. 29 deg. 06’ W., 15.10 m. from Corner 25 to Baguio General Hospital Reservation,

thence N. 49 deg. 06’ W., 25.90 m. to point 2;

thence N. 78 deg. 30’ E., 10.30 m. to point 3;

thence S. 22 deg. 01’ E., 11.52 m. to point 4;

thence S. 31 deg. 50’ E., 9.80 m. to point of;

beginning; containing an approximate area of NINETY SIX (96) Square Meters.
