EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE BAGUIO TOWNSITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS CHAPTER X OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, Presidential of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of the Baguio Townsite Reservation, situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of Chapter X of the Public Land Act, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked “1” on Plan TSI-V-7437, being S. 60-58 W., 1296.91 m. from Triangulation Station “Happy Baguio Townsite; thence

N.87-00 E., 129.77 m. to point 2;
N.56-23 E., 15.00 m. to point 3;
S.10-32 W., 72.46 m. to point 4;
N.57-06 W., 50.03 m. to point 5;
N.73-05 W., 93.36 m. to point 6;
N.54-03 E., 3.10 m. to point 1;

point of beginning.

Containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND AND TEN (4, 010) SQUARE METERS.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Points 1, 2 & 3 by Old Points and the rest by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons.

Bounded on the N., along lines 1-2-3- by the MaryKnoll Sisters (Lot 91-A, Bsd-1690); on the E. & S., along lines 3-4-5 by Sto. Tomas Road; on the S., along line 5-6 by Sto. Tomas Road and Public Land; and on the W., along line 6-1 by Public Land.

This survey was executed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, by F. G. Ligayyu, Public Land Surveyor, on November 27, 1964 and February 5, 1965 and approved on April 27, 1966.1aшphi1
