EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 423, DATED JULY 12, 1957, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PASIG, TAGUIG, AND PARAÑAQUE, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND PASAY CITY, A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUIG AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF COMMERCE.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by Law I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 423 dated July 12, 1957, which established the Fort Andres Bonifacio Military Reservation, situated in the municipalities of Pasig, Taguig and Parañaque, Province of Rizal, and Pasay City, a certain portion of land of the private domain embraced therein situated in the municipality of Taguig and reserve the same for school site purposes under the administration of the President of the Philippine College of Commerce, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (the proposed site of the PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF COMMERCE), situated in the Municipality of Taguig, Province of Rizal.

Bounded on the North by General Santos Avenue reckoned from corner 81 of the Bureau of Lands Parcel 3, PSU 2031 as Corner 1, the point of beginning of remaining portion of Lot 3-B-1-A of Plan BSD-11810; on the East, along line 4-5 and on South; along line from corner 5 thence following the meandering boundary to corner 6 by Maulin creek.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached sketch plan, being S. 46 deg. 44’E. 7004.08 m. from BLIM 1, Maricaban Pasay;

thence due North 272.00 m. to point 2;

thence N 72 deg. 39' E., 80.00 m. to point 3;

thence N 74 deg. 01' E., 155.00 m. to point 4;

thence S 3 deg. 00' W., 525.00 m. to point 5;

thence N 35 deg. 07' W., 122.94 m. to point 6;

thence N 42 deg. 32' W., 126.19 m. to the point of

beginning: containing an approximate are of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (100,000) square meters.
