[ Proclamation No. 464, September 16, 1968 ]

DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 1968, AS A PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF TARLAC.

WHEREAS, Francisco Makabulas was one of the outstanding Filipino generals in the revolutionary wars against Spain and the United States; and

WHEREAS, the people of Tarlac, his birthplace, should be given full opportunity to celebrate his birthday anniversary on Sepmtember 17, 1968, with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 17, 1968, as a special public holiday in the province of Tarlac.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
