RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANSUD, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Bansud, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro, and more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the NW., NE. and SE., along lines 1-2-3-4, by property of Hermenegildo Maapoy; and on the SW., along line 4-5, by Lot 2 of plan Psn-615 and along line 5-1, by property of Hermenegildo Maapoy. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 17 deg. 04' E., 2059.19 m. from B. L. M. 1, Barrio of Balete, Mp. of Pinamalayan,
