DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 3, 1968, marks the inauguration of the City of Iriga; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the City should be afforded an opportunity to participate in the ceremonies on that historic occasion;

NOW, THEREFORE, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 3, 1968 as a special public holiday in the City of Iriga.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
