ESTABLISHING AS NASIPIT-ANAKAN FOREST RESERVE FOR FOOD PRODUCTION, WATERSHED PROTECTION, SOIL CONSERVATION AND FOR OTHER FOREST USES, THE PARCEL OF PUBLIC DOMAIN WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF NASIPIT, BUENAVISTA, CARMEN AND ESPERANZA, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, MUNICIPALITIES OF IMPASUGONG AND MALITBOG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON; MUNICIPALITIES OF MAGSAYSAY AND CLAVERIA, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL AND THE CITIES OF BUTUAN AND GINGOOG, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, PHILIPPINES, AS SHOWN AND DESCRIBED IN BUREAU OF FORESTRY MAP FR-145.

Upon the recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 1826 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 3092, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale settlement or other disposition and established and proclaim as Nasipit-Anakan Forest Reserve, the parcel of public land shown and more particularly described in Bureau of Forestry more or less. Subject to private rights, if any there be. For wood production, soil conservation, watershed protection control of the Director of Forestry who shall have the forest reserve and the cutting, collection and removal if timber and other forest product therein in accordance with forest laws and regulations.
