DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 1968 AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE.

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 12, 1968, marks the 72nd anniversary of the execution of the thirteen martyrs of the City of Cavite; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Cavite should be given the opportunity to venerate the memory of the heroes whose sacrifice to all Filipinos;

NOW, THEREFORE, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby Thursday, September 12, 1968, as a special public holiday in the City of Cavite.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
