DECLARING SATURDAY, AUGUST 31, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN NOVELETA, CAVITE.

WHEREAS, Saturday, August 31, 1968, marks the seventieth anniversary of the revolt of the people of Noveleta, Cavite against Spanish tyranny; and

WHEREAS, the people of Noveleta should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this event in our people’s struggle for freedom;

NOW, THEREFORE, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Saturday, August 31, 1968, as a special public holiday in Noveleta, Cavite.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
