EXTENDING THE ELKS CEREBRAL PALSY PROJECT, INC., FUND DRIVE.

WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., was authorized by Proclamation No. 344 conduct a national educational and fund campaign during the period from May 1 to June 30, 1962;

WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., was not able to solicit enough funds from the public during its campaign period and would need additional time to realize its quote of ₱300,000.00 to continue its activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., up to August 31, 1968.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
