[ Proclamation No. 440, August 1, 1968 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 5 DATED AUGUST 2 1946 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE NATIONAL COCONUT CORPORATION WAREHOUSE RESERVATION SITUATED IN LEGASPI CITY AND RESERVING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR PLANT QUARANTINE BUILDING AND FUMIGATING CHAMBER SITES PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 5 dated August 2, 1946 which established the National Coconut Corporation Warehouse reservation in Legaspi City, and reserve the land embraced therein for plant quarantine building and fumigating chamber sites purposes under the administration of the Director of Plant Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be.
