AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 173 DATED OCTOBER 10, 1963M WHICH RESERVED A PARCEL OF PUBLIC LAND IN TACLOBAN CITY FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER PURPOSES.

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 173, dated October 10, 1963, by reserving the portion of the public domain situated in Camp Bumpus, City of Tacloban, described therein for Social Security System building site purposes instead of for government center site purposes.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
