AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 25 DATED APRIL 18, 1968, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MT. SAMAT NATIONAL SHRINE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILAR, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, BY INCLUDING IN THE AREA EMBRACED THEREIN AN ADJACENT PARCEL OF LAND.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippine, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 25 dated April 18, 1966, which established the Mt. Samat National Shrine Reservation situated in the municipality of Pilar, Province of Bataan, Island of Luzon, by including in the area embraced therein, subject to private rights, if any there be, to future survey and to expropriation by the National Shrines Commission of titled properties, an adjacent parcel of land which is more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (as shown on the sketch plan of Mt. Samat National Shrine), situated in the Municipality of Pilar, Province of Bataan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the S. and W., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10, by Mt. Samat National Shrine (Proclamation No. 25); and on the NW., and NE., along lines 10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-1, by Public Land.
