RESERVING FOR FRESHWATER DEMONSTRATION FISH FARM AND NURSERY SITE PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PHILIPPINE FISHERIES COMMISSION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippine, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for freshwater demonstration fish farm and nursery site purposes under the administration of the Philippine Fisheries Commission, subject to private rights, if any thereby, and to the exclusion of the 30-meter wide strip along each bank of the Calios River, certain parcel of land of the Public domain situated in the municipality of Sta. Cruz, province of Laguna, island of Luzon, more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (the proposed reservation for Fresh Water Demonstration Fish Farm and Nursery Sites), situated in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, province of Laguna. Bounded on the E., along lines 1-2-3-4, by Lots 986 and 988, Sta. Cruz Cad. And Calios River; on the NE., along lines 4-5-6, by Calios River; on the SE., along lines 6-7-8, by Lot 1273, along line 8-9, by Lot 1093 and along line 9-10 by Lot 1350, all of Sta. Cruz Cad.; and on the SE., W., and NW., along lines 10-11-12-1, by Laguna Lake Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached Sketch Plan and identical to Corner 5 of Lot 986, Sta. Cruz Cad.,
