DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 1, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN DAVAO DEL NORTE.

WHEREAS, Monday, July 1, 1968, marks the foundation anniversary of Davao del Norte; and

WHEREAS, the people of Davao Del Norte should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Monday, July 1, 1968, as a special public holiday in the province of Davao del Norte.1aшphi1
