EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 254, DATED AUGUST 5, 1929 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE PHILIPPINES CONSTABULARY RESERVATION, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE “CAMP ALLEN” SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR HEADQUARTERS SITE FOR THE USE OF THE USAFIP, NL.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 254, dated August 5, 1929, which established the Philippine Constabulary Reservation, otherwise known as the “Camp Allen” situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for headquarters site purposes of the United States Army Forces in the Philippines, North Luzon (USAFIP, NL) subject to private rights, if any thereby and to future survey which portion is more particularly described as follows:

Proposed USAFIP, NL. Headquarters Site

A parcel of land (the proposed USAFIP, NL. Headquarters Site, being a portion of Lot 10 of Rs-104 (Camp Allen). Situated in the Res. Sec. “B” City of Baguio. Bounded on the S., along line 1-2, by Kayang Street; on the W., and N., along lines 2-3-4, by Remaining Portion of Lot 10 of Rs-404 (Camp Allen); and on the E., along line 4-1 by Lot 28 of plan Bcs-56-Amd.-2 (Market Site). Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached Sketch Plan, being S., 66 deg. 02 min. E., 302.53 meters from Across Baguio Townsite,

thence N. 88 deg. 50min. W., 60.00 meters to point 2;
thence NORTH 50.00 meters to point 3;
thence S. 88 deg. 50min. E., 60.00 meters to point 4;
thence SOUTH 50.00 meters to point of

beginning; containing an approximate area if three thousand (3,000) Square Meters.1aшphi1
