RESERVING FOR FISHERMEN’S WHARF AND ICE AND COLD STORAGE PLANT SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for fishermen’s wharf and ice and cold storage plant site purposes under the administration of the Commissioner of Fisheries, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Palapala, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay, and more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2, by Lot 641, Iloilo Cad,; on the NE, along line 2-3, by Rizal Street; on the E., along line 3-4, by property of Natalia Evangelista; on the W., along line 5-6, by Fuentes Extension; and on the NE., along line 6-1, by Lot 641, Iloilo Cad. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 77 deg. 32' W., 633.73 m. from B. L.L.M. No. 1, Iloilo Cad.
