EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 34 DATED FEBRUARY 13, 1946 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE LA GRANJA EXPERIMENTAL STATION RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LA CARLOTA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, ISLAND OF NEGROS, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR SUGAR RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL STATION SITE PURPOSES OF THE PHILIPPINES SUGAR INSTITUTE.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 34 dated February 13, 1946, which established the La Granja Experimental Station Reservation situated in the municipality of La Carlota, province of Negros Occidental, island of Negros, certain portions of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for sugar research and experimental station site purposes under the administration of the Philippine Sugar Institute, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portions are more particularly described as follows, to wit:
