AUTHORIZING THE MORAL RE-ARMAMENT FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT ITS FIRST ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN FROM JUNE 15 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1968.

WHEREAS, we are vitally interested in the well-being of the youth, especially in these times when they are exposed to so many temptations to stray away from the straight and narrow path;

WHEREAS, the promotion of the well being of the youth and their development into honest, well-being disciplined and useful citizens and enlightened leaders of our country is the vital concern of society and all efforts should be exerted in that direction; and

WHEREAS, the Moral Re-Armament Foundation of the Philippines has its objectives geared to these ends;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Moral Armament Foundation of the Philippines, to conduct an educational and fund campaign. I enjoin all government officials and employees, private entities, citizens and other nationals to support this humanitarian and moral movement.1aшphi1
