CREATING A PHILIPPINE COMMITTEE TO UNDERTAKE PREPARATIONS FOR THE PROPER OBSERVANCE OF THE TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION.
WHEREAS, the World Health Organization is celebrating its twentieth anniversary this year; and
WHERE, the Philippines has always been one of the active and militant supporters of the said organization since its creating;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create a committee to undertake a preparations for the proper observance of the twentieth anniversary of the World Health Organization:
