DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 1, 1968, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN SOUTHERN LEYTE.
WHEREAS, Monday, July 1, 1968 marks the chapter anniversary of the Province of Southern Leyte; and
WHEREAS, the people of the province should be given opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines do hereby declare Monday, July 1, 1968, as a special public holiday in Southern Leyte.
