EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 139 DATED DECEMBER 24, 1927, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE NON-CHRISTIAN SETTLEMENT RESERVATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ABUCAY, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE BATAAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 139, dated December 24, 1927, which established the Non-Christian Settlement Reservation situated in the Municipality of Abucay, Province of Bataan, a certain parcel of land embraced therein and reserve the same for school site purposes of the Bataan National Agricultural School under the administration of the Director of Vocational Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
